A Message from Phil Austin:

As a native of Mesa, and based upon my professional experience and long history of community service, I believe I possess the acumen, qualifications and the commitment necessary to be a  councilperson who will serve District 5 and the City of Mesa well.

 

District 5 is a vibrant, dynamic community with an abundance of resources and opportunities to promote planned growth in order to enhance the quality of life of its residents.  Those opportunities also present challenges which we, as a community, must address in a timely and effective manner.

 

As District 5 Councilperson, I will encourage economic/business development while at the same time work to preserve our natural resources and quality of residential life, thus allowing continued enjoyment of our community.
